MODERN ACUPUNTURE
Dr. Allen utilizes a non-invasive form of Acupuncture point stimulation. This means there are NO NEEDLES used, instead there is an adjustable "current" that targets the Acupuncture points. This helps reduce symptoms and speed up the healing process. We have found this method to be the most efficient and effective for most of our patients.

Acupuncture involves the stimulation or sedation of strategic points on your body with various devices. A key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Acupuncture is used to treat pain and overall wellness. TCM explains Acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force (known as chi or qi), believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By treating specific points along these meridians, Acupuncture restores and balances the mind and body.
