We offer a family-friendly environment treating newborns to seniors and everyone in between. We accept all major insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid and auto-injury cases. INITIAL CONSULTATION
You'll have a consultation with Dr. Allen to discuss the reason for your visit including any pain you are experiencing, any health-related problems, and your concerns. This initial conversation is designed for Dr. Allen to learn more about you and your condition, your expectations, and to determine your treatment options for how we can help you reach your goals.
EXAMINATION
After your consultation, Dr. Allen will perform a complete examination analyzing your location of pain, including tests to determine motion and function. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests may be performed as well. Dr. Allen will walk you through any exam or test he may need to do to make sure it meets your comfort level. Nothing will be done in our office without your prior consent.
DIGITAL X-RAY STUDIES
Depending on your age, health history, and presentation, digital films may be taken on your initial visit. This vital information will aid in developing the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert our doctors of any serious spinal conditions that may otherwise be left unseen. Most people are amazed once they see their spine up close. In some cases, people can easily spot the areas causing their discomfort.
TREATMENT
At the conclusion of your initial appointment, we offer a relief treatment to help you on your way to feeling your best. This may include spinal adjustments, extremity adjustments, stretching, manual decompression, muscle release or soft tissue therapy. Treatment is interactive, so feedback about the different styles of treatment is welcome at any time. During this treatment, we will always ask if you are comfortable.
REPORT OF FINDINGS
Dr. Allen will use all the information collected during the 1st visit, including your response to treatment, and develop an individualized treatment plan for you. This plan, which reviews your health history, goals, examination and the digital x-ray images of your spine is often presented during your 2nd visit to the office. This plan will address the following questions:

Dr. Allen will then discuss stretching/exercise recommendations or notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. Dr. Allen will provide the best treatment and wellness program for your needs.
